1st Youth Event

Clare and I went to 7th Day last weekend - it's the 5th and 6th grade retreat for VA Lutherans. It was a great event! Clare had a terrific 1st youth event. The theme was the Johah story - focusing on God's call to hear, journey, and serve. I've been to other events for older youth and I felt like this was one of the best run with lots of activities for the kids. Check out the pictures:

Eating is always the most important activity at any youth event! The boys and girls "loved" sitting together!

The boys liked to give Mr. Brian a hard time - especially at 3 a.m.!
